Job Responsibilities
- Conduct pre-qualifying phone calls, emails, and messages to reach out to our clients.
- Schedule appointments for the sales team to meet with potential clients.
- Confirm appointments and follow up to ensure clients turn up to the meeting.
- Manage calendars and schedule appointments based on the availability of the sales team.
- Maintain accurate and up-to-date records in the CRM (PipeDrive) of all activities.
Role Qualifications
- At least 1 year of experience in Appointment Setting or Sales
- Strong communication and interpersonal skills
- Ability to multitask and manage multiple calendars simultaneously.
- Ability to work independently and as part of a team.
