As a growing tech startup (currently 40 people), we are in need of an experienced HR Manager to help us shape our human resources operations. This role is ideal for a pragmatic individual comfortable with setting up HR processes from scratch. The HR Manager will take charge of various HR aspects, including recruitment, onboarding, employee relations, performance management, training, and compliance with labor regulations.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Develop and implement HR strategies and initiatives aligned with the overall business strategy.
  • Create and enforce policies for effective data management focusing on the protection of employee data and legal compliance.
  • Bridging management and employee relations by addressing demands, grievances, or other issues.
  • Manage the recruitment and selection process to attract and retain the best talent.
  • Oversee and manage a performance appraisal system that drives high performance.
  • Assess training needs to apply and monitor training programs.
  • Report to management and provide decision support through HR metrics.
  • Ensure legal compliance throughout human resource management.
  • Manage and resolve complex employee relations issues. Conducts effective, thorough, and objective investigations.

Qualifications:

  • Proven working experience as HR Manager or other HR Executive.
  • People-oriented and results-driven.
  • Demonstrable experience with HR metrics.
  • Knowledge of HR systems and databases.
  • Ability to architect strategy along with leadership skills.
  • Excellent active listening, negotiation, and presentation skills.
  • Competence to build and effectively manage interpersonal relationships at all levels of the company.
  • Degree in Human Resources or related field.

Job Type: Full-time

Salary: Php50,000.00 - Php72,000.00 per month

Supplemental pay types:

  • 13th month salary
