Responsibilities:

Business Development:

To develop and create strategies to acquire the target site of the company; review and recommend policies and procedures to improve business development plan; recommend potential site based on scientific research and detailed feasibility study.

Leasing:

To conceptualize, develop, and create strategies; study, review and recommend policies and procedures that will increase, improve, and maximize tenant occupancy of commercial properties; review, analyze, propose and advise management and tenants on compliance to contract obligations; collaborate in the administration for the improvement of the performance of the tenants as well as tenancy and leasing operations, for the purpose of actualizing target rental income budget and planned occupancy levels; and achieve tenant satisfaction within the limits and conditions provided by management and other related regulations, company policies and procedures.

Essential Skills & Knowledge

· Excellent communication and interpersonal skills required.

· Strong leadership, analytical and organizational skills.

· Excellent in decision making capabilities based on critical thought processes.

· Knowledge of basic real estate laws and legal aspect

· Knowledge of market evaluation and development

· Knowledge of financial or feasibility study

· Proficiency in MS Office applications (Word, Excel, Powerpoint) required

Required Education & Experience

· Must be a Bachelor’s Degree holder of Business Management and or any business related course.

· Must have relevant managerial work experience for at least five (5-8) years.

· Proven expertise and experience relevant to the position, and a commitment to continuously updating this knowledge.

  • Experience in managing people, finance and other resources

Job Type: Full-time

Salary: Php45,000.00 - Php65,000.00 per month
