Duties:

  • Supervision of Sales Assistant and overall coordination
  • Handling client Inquiries
  • Preparing Sales Quotes
  • Order creation – BUSINESS CENTRAL
  • Order Satisfaction - ensuring the accuracy and timely processing of orders. Handling orders by telephone (if applicable), and email and checking that they include correct prices, discounts, and product codes.
  • Coordination with respective departments must follow the Sales process (Design, R&D, Logistics, and Finance)
  • Keep track of client orders in production for timely updates (From Sculpting to Finishing).
  • Shipment coordination with Logistics
  • Loading and Warehouse Shipments updates.
  • Sales Invoicing
  • Securing payment
  • Reporting - maintain sales records as a basis for reports to the manager. Preparing reports on sales by individuals, sales by product line and sales to individual customers. They also provide information to the finance department on incoming and completed orders as a basis for forecasting cash flow.
  • After Sales Service
