Qualifications:
- Must be a Graduate of any Engineering Course (preferably Mechanical or Electrical Engineering)
- Knowledgeable in Document or Records Managements
- Implement calibration and MSA activity according to plan
Job Description:
- Supervise Staff and Junior Staff line operation in accordance with company policies and procedures.
- Train and coach Staff and Junior Staff.
- Conduct employees performance reviews.
- Responsible for shift schedule to include: work station assignments/rotations, employee training, Employee vacations, employee breaks, overtime assignment, and shift rotations.
- Coordinate production startups, shutdowns, and changeovers.
- Coordinate with Department head manager/Human resources for appropriate manpower requirements.
- Schedule and conduct shift meeting assignments.
- Responsible to support and meet shift production goals.
- Responsible to support and meet group KPI.
- Operate within standard operating procedures and Job safety.
- Communicate with other Staff, Assistant Manager, Section Manager & Department Managers.
- Ensure a clean and safe work area.
- Complete shift paper work.
- Assist in production as necessary.
- Participate and support manufacturing/system/product audits, ISO accreditation and customer audits.
- Monitor and ensure that members are doing the process according to standard procedures and follow company safety rules and regulations.
- Lead, motivate and push the group to take part and actively participate on preventive maintenance activities and improvements.
- Perform other task as assigned by the immediate superior.
- Comply with FALP’s Environmental Management Sysfem Best Practices to prevent environmental accidents and to reduce environmental impacts.
- Contribute in providing reminders, information and guidelines to increase the awareness of each employee in Quality, Environment, Health & Safety Standards.
- Participate in all Environmental/ Occupational Health & Safety activities and have the right to refuse in case of unsafe conditions.
- Responsible for proper use of internet and other media platform and reporting of suspected cyder threats to immediate Superior and/or IT Department.
- Responsible for proper use and care of machines and reporting any abnormality encountered on machine/ equipment during the process.
- Report any environmental issues and abnormalities to immediate Superior and/or EHS Committee.
