We are currently seeking an enthusiastic and results-oriented Sales Lady to join our dynamic team. As a Sales Lady, you will be responsible for providing exceptional customer service and driving sales in our retail environment. Your excellent interpersonal skills, product knowledge, and ability to connect with customers will contribute to the success of our store.

Responsibilities:

Customer Service: Greet and assist customers in a friendly and professional manner, ensuring their needs are met. Provide product recommendations and answer any inquiries to enhance the customer experience.

Sales Generation: Actively engage with customers to promote and sell products. Demonstrate a strong knowledge of our product line, features, and benefits. Meet or exceed sales targets and contribute to the overall profitability of the store.

Product Knowledge: Stay up-to-date with product information and industry trends. Educate customers about the features, benefits, and uses of various products. Share your expertise and provide accurate information to help customers make informed purchasing decisions.

Merchandising: Maintain a visually appealing and organized sales floor. Assist with merchandising activities, including stocking shelves, arranging displays, and ensuring products are properly labeled and priced.

Cash Handling: Process customer transactions accurately and efficiently using the point-of-sale system. Handle cash, credit card, and other forms of payments following established procedures.

Team Collaboration: Collaborate with colleagues and store management to achieve sales goals. Participate in team meetings, training sessions, and sales events. Contribute to a positive and supportive work environment.

Inventory Management: Monitor stock levels and communicate inventory needs to the appropriate personnel. Assist in receiving and verifying incoming merchandise, ensuring accuracy and timely restocking.

Requirements:

Previous Sales Experience: Prior experience in retail sales or customer service is preferred. A proven track record of meeting or exceeding sales targets is an asset.

Excellent Communication Skills: Strong verbal communication and active listening skills. Ability to engage with customers, understand their needs, and provide suitable solutions.

Product Knowledge: Familiarity with the products in the industry or willingness to learn. Ability to effectively communicate product features and benefits to customers.

Customer-Focused: A passion for delivering outstanding customer service. Ability to build rapport, establish customer relationships, and provide personalized assistance.

Team Player: Willingness to collaborate with colleagues and contribute to the overall success of the team and store.

Organizational Skills: Ability to multitask, prioritize, and manage time effectively in a fast-paced retail environment.

Flexibility: Willingness to work a flexible schedule, including evenings, weekends, and holidays, based on business needs.
