Qualifications
- Bachelor’s Degree in Political Science, Law, Juris Doctor, or equivalent
- With at least 2 years of related work experience
- Knowledge of SEC, BIR, and AMLA compliance is a plus
- Excellent communication skills (both written & verbal)
- Proficient in using MS tools
- Has keen attention to details
- Ability to perform complex administrative/legal tasks with high accuracy and timely manner
- Can start ASAP
- Amenable to work onsite at Aseana, Parañaque City
Responsibilities
- Prepare and compose legal documents like lease contract, deed of sale, board resolutions/secretary’s certificate, etc.
- Organize, secure, update, make accessible, and maintain all corporate documents in compliance with internal policies, legal requirements, and sound business practices.
- Perform records check, legal and actual research
- Conduct research on relevant laws, regulations, and legal articles
- Organize and analyze information
- Conduct cross-checking and validate information
- Prepare written reports, correspondences, check legal forms, and document accuracy
- Assist and provide a range of legal and administrative support
- Consult with lawyers to resolve problems, output quality, and work deadlines
