JOB DETAILS
- Cater all inbound and outbound calls coming from Doctor Office and Patient Calls for RX Prescriptions chase or follow up
- Cater all inbound and outbound calls coming from patient calls for chart notes and other Medical Records document chase or follow up
- Reviewing and verifying chart notes and medical records that will be submitted to the patient's insurance for reimbursement
- Uploading received documents to the patient's record
- Assessing if documents sent to us are good or if it needs to be returned and revised
