(Customer Orientation) – Effectively interact with customers by providing high level of service and ensuring that utmost professional standards are always upheld.
(Effective Communication) – Effectively and clearly explain product features, benefits and other information needed by customers to help them make product choices based on their needs.
(Salesmanship, Enthusiasm and Results-focus) – Reach the monthly sales target through various efforts (i.e., upselling, cross-selling, social media posting and networking). Interest / Inclination: Motorcycle riders and/or motorcycle enthusiasts will have an advantage!
