Job Responsibilities:
● Follow standard operations and procedures.
● Recognize and escalate priority problems in accordance with Client standards.
● Ensure one-call resolution prioritizing customer satisfaction.
● Perform basic troubleshooting when necessary

-Must be Senior High School Graduate
-With or without BPO experience
