The HR Officer - Psychometrician shall be in charge to lead the recruitment team of the company. The position shall also be the one to administer screening tests.
In order to succeed the applicant must
- Have an experience in volume recruitment and in doing hiring blitz
- Have at least 5 years leadership experience at work or in socio-civi organizations
- Be willing to learn
- Be a Team Player
- Be willing to work on weekend
- Be willing to travel
