Paid Ads Coordinator


 

Responsibilities

  • Generate reports from Google Ads, Meta (Facebook) Ads and other tools/software based on client needs
  • Conduct QA on campaigns such as but not limited to budget, audience, ad schedule and ad copies to ensure they match the campaign brief
  • Update Google Slide and other presentations for weekly meetings with clients
  • Assist the team with paid campaigns related tasks including but not limited to uploading images/videos, creating ad copies and campaign monitoring as needed
  • Assist with client onboarding tasks such as setting up ad accounts and access to necessary platforms
  • Perform other duties assigned by immediate superior

Qualifications

  • 2+ years experience in Google Ads and Meta (Facebook) Ads
  • Experienced in Klaviyo and HubSpot CRM preferred
  • Basic knowledge of email analytics preferred
  • Proficiency in project management tools like Asana and Basecamp
  • Strong interpersonal, communication, and organizational skills, as well as the ability to handle multiple projects at once.

  • Monday to Friday, 9AM-6PM MDT (8 hours shift with 1 hour break)

Job Types: Full-time, Permanent

Salary: Php25,000.00 - Php30,000.00 per month

Experience:

  • Google Ads: 2 years (Required)
  • Facebook Advertising: 2 years (Required)
