Job Description

  • Source and screen candidates for open positions
  • Conduct the interviews and hire for the Stores' open positions and other recruitment needs that may arise
  • Conduct the initial interviews for the Store Manager position and recommend candidates to be considered for the final interview
  • Approach candidates actively and passively and determine the suitable sourcing platforms per job
  • Ensure applicants finish the recruitment and onboarding process
  • Act as a point of contact for candidates throughout the recruitment and onboarding process
  • Collaborate with the operations team and key persons to effectively forecast manpower needs
  • Other tasks that may be assigned from time to time

Requirements:

  • Must be willing to work on weekends
  • Bachelor's degree in HR field
  • Minimum of 5 year of relevant work experience in Recruitment. (US company experience is plus.)
  • Keen on details
  • Uninterrupted home-based internet is required for this role. Applicants should have sufficient internet access in their homes to attend and host video calls, as well as perform essential functions of the role.

Job Types: Full-time, Permanent

Pay: From Php30,000.00 per month
