QUALIFICATIONS:

  • With 1 to 2 years experience as an Accounts Receivable Clerk or Accounts Payable Clerk
  • Familiarity with bookkeeping and basic accounting procedures
  • Competency in MS Office (Word and Excel), data entry, and word processing
  • Must have strong English speaking and writing skills
  • Must be detail-oriented and be able to produce work with 100% accuracy
  • Ability to perform filing and record-keeping tasks.
  • Can work under pressure with minimal supervision
  • With an honest and discreet attitude when dealing with work
  • Must be willing to work in a compressed work schedule and alternating Saturdays
  • Must be willing to work in Merville, Pasay/Parañaque.

DUTIES AND RESPONSIBILITIES:

  • Provide accounting and clerical support to the accounting department
  • Type accurately, prepare and maintain accounting documents and records (filing of document hard copies and soft copies)
  • Prepare check/cash payment vouchers, journal vouchers, and general ledger postings
  • Daily enter key data of financial transactions in the database
  • Provide assistance and support to company personnel
  • Research, track, and restore accounting or documentation problems and discrepancies
  • Function in accordance with established company standards, policies, and procedures
  • Constantly update job knowledge
  • Performs other duties that may be assigned by the Management from time to time

Work Schedule

Monday - Friday | compressed working time (9:00 AM - 6:30 PM)
Alternating Saturdays | only twice a month (9:00 AM - 3:30 PM)

Salary: Up to Php15,000.00 per month
