Cook Wanted at a Spanish Paella Bar & Grill Our Spanish Paella Bar & Grill is looking for a passionate and experienced cook to join our team.
We are a Spanish-style restaurant located in the heart of the city, serving authentic paellas, tapas, and other Spanish dishes.
Responsibilities:
- Prepare and cook a variety of dishes, including paellas, soups, stews, and sauces, using a variety of cooking methods and equipment.
- Ensure all dishes are prepared to the highest standards, following recipes and cooking techniques.
- Maintain a clean and organized kitchen, including washing and sanitizing dishes, utensils, and equipment.
- Follow food safety and sanitation guidelines, ensuring that all food is stored, prepared, and served properly.
Requirements:
- Proven experience as a cook or in a similar cooking role. Strong knowledge of Spanish cuisine, including paella.
- Familiarity with kitchen equipment and cooking techniques.
- Excellent organizational and time-management skills.
- Ability to work in a fast-paced, high-pressure environment.
- Good communication skills and ability to work well with others.
