WHO/WHAT WE ARE LOOKING FOR:
Stallion Team is looking for an experienced Customer Service Representative with top-notch communication skills and is capable of handling phone and email support, working together with the operations team and account managers.
YOUR ROLE IN THE TEAM:
- Handling Phone Calls
- Handling Emails
- Communicating with Operations Team Lead and Account Managers
- Answering General Inquiries pertaining to the service offerings
- Resolving any issues that come up
BASIC REQUIREMENT:
- 1 year Customer Service Experience Minimum
- Solid work from home setup with good connection including headset
- NOT REQUIRED, BUT WOULD BE A GREAT ASSET:
- Ecommerce experience an asset
WORK HOURS:
Monday to Friday: Must be available to work from 9 AM - 5 PM EST. Minimum of 40 hours per week
