Job description

POSITION PURPOSE

1. Provides support in the implementation pf the organization’s standard procedures

2. Provides support in the implementation of ISO standard requirements

3. Establishes and maintains an effective filing system for the organization’s documents and records.

ESSENTIAL FUNCTIONS AND BASIC DUTIES

1. Monitors incoming and outgoing submittals and letters

2. Transmitting Documents from main office to site

3. Compiling of weekly Site Reports and Mancom reports for the department

4. Act as Assistant for the assign departments manager

5. Answering incoming calls

6. Responsible for filing documents

QUALIFICATIONS

1. College Graduate of any course.

2. Proficient in various computer applications such as MS Office Word, MS Office Excel, MS Office Outlook, MS Office PowerPoint.

3. Basic knowledge on administrative/clerical functions for a corporate environment

4. Good command on English verbal and written communication

5. At least 80 WPM typing skills

6. Basic knowledge on ISO standard requirements, preferred but not required

7. Must have experience in construction company
