HMO STAFF


 

· Prepares in – patient information sheet and maintain the internal order and arrangement of the patient’ medical record.

· Call-out function (report of admission to assigned Liaison Officer /Insurance Provider, responds to request for medical information, received and relay patient coverage.)

· Securing approval for inpatient and outpatient.

· Preparation of SOA (Statement of Accounts) by sorting the non-coverable charges and proper posting of professional fee through system application.

· Perform tasks such as answering phone calls, emails, attends patient’s queries, verifying information and schedule of special procedure.

· Distribute check payment, memos, letter, and reports to doctor’s offices accredited by the insurance provider.

· Act as a medical secretary.

· File management such as contracts of insurance provider and doctor’s accreditation.

· Admitting proper monitoring of in-patients.

· Encoding detailed OPD statements of accounts.
