PROJECT COORDINATOR

  • Assist in defining project scope, objectives, deliverables, and client expectations
  • Develop comprehensive project plans, including resource allocation and timelines
  • Monitor project progress, track key performance indicators, and ensure adherence to project timelines
  • (Coordinate project activities, ensure smooth execution, and adherence to project timelines.)
  • Communicate with clients to understand their business requirements, define project goals, provide project updates, address concerns, and manage expectations (Support the project manager in client communications, understanding their requirements, and managing expectations.)
  • Establish and maintain strong relationships with clients, acting as their primary point of contact (Establish and maintain strong relationships with all stakeholders.)
  • Identify opportunities to upsell or expand services to existing clients
  • Lead and coordinate project teams, fostering a collaborative and productive work environment (Provide support to project management team through meetings, status updates, and quality reviews.)
  • Identify and address any operational issues that may impact project delivery
  • Ensure that project deliverables meet or exceed the agreed-upon service levels and quality standards
  • Identify opportunities to improve project coordination processes and develop best practices

Qualifications:

  • Proven experience as a Project Coordinator or in a similar role
  • Strong knowledge of project management methodologies and tools
  • Excellent leadership and interpersonal skills, with the ability to motivate and manage teams
  • Outstanding client relationship management skills
  • Exceptional written and verbal English communication skills
  • Strong problem-solving skills, decision-making skills, and negotiation abilities
  • Effectively work under pressure, manage multiple priorities, and meet deadlines
  • Advance Computer Skills (Tech Savvy)
  • Knowledgeable in project management software and tools
  • Expert with current technologies, like desktop sharing, cloud services and CRMs
  • Proficient in word-processing software and spreadsheets (e.g. Google Workspace, MS Office)

Equipment Requirements:

  • Laptop/Desktop (at least Core i3/Core i5 processor or any equivalent AMD processor with 8 GB RAM)
  • Computer headset with noise-cancelling feature
  • Internet: Wired connection; minimum of 10 Mbps
  • Software: Microsoft Office & PDF reader, Anydesk, Gdrive, Skype, Zoom

Job Type: Full-time

Pay: Php15,000.00 - Php18,000.00 per month

Schedule:

  • 8 hour shift
  • Evening shift
  • Monday to Friday
  • Night shift

Supplemental pay types:

  • 13th month salary
  • Performance bonus

Experience:

  • Project management: 1 year (Preferred)
  • Leadership: 1 year (Preferred)
