Schedule: 11PM-8AM

Work Set up: On site

Requirements:

· Bachelor’s degree in Human Resource or Psychology.

· Retail or customer-facing sales experience

· Two (2) years' previous experience as a trainer, corporate training specialist, or related position

Responsibilities:

· managing Applicant Tracking Software

· managing recruiter LinkedIn account

· replying to emails

· pre-screen interviews

· setting appointments between hiring manager and applicants

Recruitment process:

Initial Interview (online)

Final Interview (face-to-face)
