The Customer Service Representative is responsible for handling incoming customer calls and inquiries, providing information and assistance, and resolving customer complaints. They must provide excellent customer service and maintain accurate records.
Key Responsibilities:
- Answer incoming customer calls and inquiries
- Provide information and assistance to customers
- Resolve customer complaints and escalate issues as needed
- Maintain accurate records of customer interactions and transactions
- Collaborate with team members and other stakeholders to improve customer service processes

Qualifications:
- High school diploma or equivalent required, with some college coursework preferred
- Minimum of 1-2 years of experience in a customer service role, preferably in a BPO or related industry
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills
- Strong problem-solving and decision-making skills
- Familiarity with customer service tools and technologies, such as Customer Relationship Management (CRM) software, is a plus
- Ability to work independently and as part of a team, and adapt to changing customer needs and priorities
