This is an exciting opportunity to work in the emerging market of telemedicine in a role that is completely remote. We are looking for technically skilled candidates with excellent interpersonal skills for the technical support position. Technical support consultants will be responsible for troubleshooting technical issues, providing timely customer feedback, and supporting the roll-out of new applications, among other duties.

We are seeking reliable and friendly Teleradiology Receptionists to join our team. As a Teleradiology Receptionist, you will be responsible for handling incoming calls, scheduling appointments, and providing support to the medical team and other support staff.

Responsibilities and Duties

  • Greet and welcome new and existing clients in a professional and courteous manner
  • Answer incoming calls and direct calls to the appropriate individual or department
  • Manage emails and online chat inquiries from clients and ensure that all inquiries are responded to in a timely and professional manner
  • Maintain accurate and up-to-date records of client interactions and appointments in our CRM system
  • Collaborate with our administrative team to ensure that all client requests and inquiries are handled efficiently and effectively
  • Continuously evaluate and improve receptionist processes to ensure that we are providing the highest level of service to our clients

Skills and Qualifications

  • Proven experience as a receptionist or customer service representative in a virtual setting
  • Excellent communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to build rapport with clients and colleagues
  • Comfortable with virtual technology and proficient in using virtual communication tools such as Microsoft Suite and Salesforce
  • Strong organizational and multitasking skills, with the ability to manage multiple tasks and priorities simultaneously
  • Knowledge of medical terminology and experience working in a healthcare-related field is preferred
  • Availability to work flexible hours, including weekends and evenings as needed
