Social Media Assistant


 

Responsibilities:

1. Digital lead nurturing (DMs, emails, understanding sales cycles and funnels, prospect lists, and the like. To include:

  • Receive lists of prospects, and new hire would use email and social platforms to email and DM them to convert to our CTA (call to action, like a phone call, appointment, or next step).

  • Coordinate teammates and their social media activities to meet performance objectives.

2. Objectives: Meets assigned targets for profitable sales volume, by:

  • Leading solution development efforts that best address any needs
  • Clearly communicate the progress of monthly/quarterly initiatives to teammates

3. Manage at least 1 or 2 social media platforms via pre created activity plans. Do the work daily, weekly, and monthly

to accomplish set goals, report on goal accomplishment or deficit, and create and implement solutions to any deficits created.

4. With a team, learn our reward and discipline program, and develop your goal and training plan at the end of your 1st month, if hired full time.

Requirements:

1. Learn about our company and can explain what we do before the interview

2. Can explain “brand based and strategic” content creation, Editing and organizing

3. Show a proven track record of success in social media organic lead generation and conversion buy showing KPIs the applicant has accomplished

4. Explain the ability to do the following by giving examples to:

  • work independently and as part of a team
  • efficiently (aka, not long winded) communicate questions, needs, updates, goals and deliverables
  • establish expectation management for self and to teammates
  • organize, prioritize, and complete assigned tasks on time
  • explain a sales funnel
  • daily, weekly, and monthly reporting

5. Show up consistently on time

6. Prove a good internet connection/adequate power to avoid decrease in performance during storms, etc.

7. Understands and can explain in detail at least one of these for overall account management of social media platforms and monitoring engagement: Tik Tok, SEO and Blogging, Instagram, Facebook groups and pages, YouTube, Instagram, LinkedIn, Podcasting (as well as Google Drive)
