Responsibilities:

1. Social Media Strategy: Develop and implement a comprehensive social media strategy that aligns with the company's marketing objectives, highlighting our expertise and unique value propositions within the financial planning industry.

2. Content Creation: Create compelling and engaging content, including written posts, graphics, images, videos, and infographics, that resonate with our target audience, showcase our services, and promote financial literacy.

3. Community Engagement: Proactively engage with our social media community, respond to comments, messages, and inquiries promptly, and foster positive relationships with our followers and clients.

4. Campaign Management: Plan and execute social media campaigns, contests, and promotions to boost brand awareness, attract leads, and drive traffic to our website.

5. Analytics and Reporting: Monitor social media performance using various analytics tools, track key metrics, and generate regular reports to measure the effectiveness of campaigns and identify areas for improvement.

6. Market Trends and Research: Stay up-to-date with the latest social media trends, financial industry news, and competitors' activities to enhance our social media strategy and capitalize on emerging opportunities.

7. Collaboration: Collaborate with the marketing team to ensure consistency in messaging, branding, and promotions across all marketing channels.

Qualifications:

1. Bachelor's degree in Marketing, Communications, Business, or a related field.

2. Proven work experience as a Social Media Manager or in a similar role, preferably in the financial industry.

3. Deep understanding of social media platforms, their algorithms, and best practices for organic growth and advertising.

4. Strong writing and communication skills, with the ability to convey complex financial concepts in an approachable manner.

5. Proficiency in social media management tools, analytics, and scheduling platforms.

6. Creativity and the ability to think outside the box when creating content and campaigns.

7. Knowledge of financial planning and investment terminology is a plus.

8. Detail-oriented with a focus on data-driven decision-making and continuous improvement.

9. Ability to work independently, manage multiple projects simultaneously, and meet deadlines.
