  • Ensures that department goals are communicated, understood, and implemented in the branch
  • Ensures proper kitchen standards are followed
  • Manages the day-to-day activities of the staff and personnel and the overall operations for the efficient and timely delivery of services
  • Maintains effective control, supervision, and high service standards by coordinating tasks and work and ensuring that staff have the necessary resources to effectively perform their jobs
  • Ensures maximum satisfaction from the guests and handles complaints
  • Maintains continuity among work teams by documenting and communicating actions, irregularities, and continuing needs
  • Forecasts proper orders and maintains the sanitary conditions of the kitchen

Required Education, Skills, and Qualifications

  • Candidate must be a college graduate of any Business and Hospitality course or equivalent
  • At least two (2) years of experience in handling one branch/ establishment
  • Adept in the preparation of duty and time schedule of personnel
  • Able to conduct proper and accurate inventories
  • Knowledgeable in POS and computer-generated reporting
  • Has analytical knowledge based on profits and losses report

Job Type: Full-time

Salary: From Php18,000.00 per month
