- Acts as the leader of the branch and responsible for the attainment of overall branch targets and sales
- Ensures that department goals are communicated, understood, and implemented in the branch
- Ensures proper kitchen standards are followed
- Manages the day-to-day activities of the staff and personnel and the overall operations for the efficient and timely delivery of services
- Maintains effective control, supervision, and high service standards by coordinating tasks and work and ensuring that staff have the necessary resources to effectively perform their jobs
- Ensures maximum satisfaction from the guests and handles complaints
- Maintains continuity among work teams by documenting and communicating actions, irregularities, and continuing needs
- Forecasts proper orders and maintains the sanitary conditions of the kitchen
Required Education, Skills, and Qualifications
- Candidate must be a college graduate of any Business and Hospitality course or equivalent
- At least two (2) years of experience in handling one branch/ establishment
- Adept in the preparation of duty and time schedule of personnel
- Able to conduct proper and accurate inventories
- Knowledgeable in POS and computer-generated reporting
- Has analytical knowledge based on profits and losses report
Job Type: Full-time
Salary: From Php18,000.00 per month
