We are seeking a detail-oriented, proactive, and analytical Supply Chain Manager with at least 2 years of experience in the e-commerce sector to join our team. This 100% remote, full-time position (40 hours/week) involves coordinating shipping and procurement activities, managing inventory levels, sourcing new products, and facilitating smooth communication with our suppliers and logistics partners.
Salary: $1100 - $2000 per month, depending on experience and work ethic.
Key Responsibilities:
Monitor inventory levels and sales data to forecast demand and plan procurement activities accordingly.
Coordinate shipping and logistics, including document management, order scaling, packaging optimization, and liaising with forwarders.
Manage stock in our European warehouse, ensuring efficient distribution to our 3PL partner for eBay and online shop orders and to Amazon logistics warehouses for Amazon orders.
Source new products, obtain quotes, calculate total order costs, and evaluate the best options.
Perform margin calculations using provided templates and handle sample procurement, including payment organization and customs clearance documentation.
Ideal Candidate:
- Minimum 2 years of supply chain management experience in an e-commerce company.
- Highly organized and analytical.
- Quick in responding to Chinese suppliers.
- Proactive and eager to improve processes.
- Adept at building strong relationships with suppliers.
