Customer service for shopify website (WFH)


 

RemoteVAPH is seeking a dedicated and customer-oriented individual to join our team as a Customer Service Representative for our Shopify website. The successful candidate will have excellent communication skills and experience with Shopify websites, as well as knowledge of shipping processes. This is a remote position with working hours from Monday to Friday, 9 am - 5 pm EST. (Night Shift)

Requirements:

  • Previous experience with Shopify website administration and management
  • $ads={1}

  • Familiarity with e-commerce platforms and dropshipping
  • Background in shipping, particularly with Freight LTL

Job Responsibilities:

  • Provide exceptional customer service to online customers through various channels (email, chat, phone)
  • Respond promptly to customer inquiries and resolve issues effectively and efficiently
  • Assist customers with order placement, product information, shipping inquiries, and returns
  • Manage and update product listings and inventory on the Shopify website
  • Coordinate with warehouse and shipping partners to ensure timely order fulfillment
  • Process and track customer orders, including arranging shipments and coordinating with carriers
  • Handle customer complaints and resolve problems to ensure customer satisfaction
  • Collaborate with the team to continuously improve customer service processes and procedures
  • Maintain accurate records of customer interactions and transactions

Job Type: Full-time

Salary: Php27,000.00 - Php32,000.00 per month
