Customer Success Manager - Remote/Hybrid | 0723


 

The Customer Success Manager is the nerve center of the client's campaign operations. They directly impact customer happiness by delivering what the client wants and advising them on what they need. The Customer Success Manager needs to be an expert on the client's products, a whiz at project management, and a human being that understands the value of excellent customer service.

Duties and Responsibilities:

  • Ensure the on-time and on-spec delivery of ad campaigns
  • Consult with clients on which client's products best fit their needs
  • Collaborate with other Customer Success Managers to support high-value campaigns and balance the project workload across all teams and regions
  • Work with the Art Directors / SMEs to ensure the quality of work meets client needs and stays at a high level
  • Collaborate with the Product and Operations teams to craft or prototype solutions to client business needs
  • Promote personal and team growth by continuing to learn new technologies and platforms
  • Foster a culture that encourages collaboration, experimentation, and innovation by mentoring junior creative staff

Desired Skills & Experience

  • Excellent written and verbal communication
  • At least 2 years of experience in a customer-facing or customer service role
  • At least 1 year of experience in campaign or project management
  • Background or prior experience in design, marketing, or web development is a big plus
  • Ability to stay organized under pressure and deliver at a rapid pace is a must
