Qualifications:
- At least with High School Diploma. Any tier one-related training a plus, either formal classes or seminars.
- 1-2 years’ experience in Customer Service handling payment services (E.g Credit Card, Cheques)
- Excellent English communication skills
- Combination of Customer Service and Payment Transactions experience (e.g. Collection analyst and aftersales)
- Willing to work 100% onsite
- Wiling to work on a permanent night shift schedule
Responsibilities:
- Answer inbound calls from customers while adhering to established call flow and maintaining accurate documentation;
- Investigate disputes regarding transactions and payments;
- Provide assistance with payroll and check declines;
- Utilize various collection strategies;
- Perform investigative activities using available resources.
Job Types: Full-time, Fixed term
Contract length: 6 months
Salary: From Php30,000.00 per month
Schedule:
- 8 hour shift
- Night shift
Supplemental pay types:
