About This Role: The WAREHOUSE ADMIN is an ambitious and hardworking professional who is responsible for processing various internal service and support functions, centered around ensuring warehouse quality, accuracy, and efficiency. The WAREHOUSE ADMIN is an experienced, proactive generalist who excels at implementing, developing, analyzing, and executing detailed operational tasks and processes. They will possess a demonstrated record of accomplishment working as a self-starter.

Specific Duties and Responsibilities:

  • Assign material on next-day orders for warehouse to pick, maximizing inventory usage and minimizing waste.
  • Accurately account for and receive all incoming material.
  • Work with the warehouse team to ensure all material is properly tagged for put away and identified with an accurate bin locator.
  • Reviews shipping and receiving documents and physically monitoring incoming and outgoing inventory for accuracy.
  • Preview work orders for sufficient material allocation, labor, job notes, and highlighting job specific special instructions prior to load-out.
  • Ensure work orders are printed and ready for distribution. Build the Box.
  • Review and/or update work orders and AFB Teams through Teams program during load-out.
  • Ensure all required customer/subcontractor documentation is provided at load-out.
  • Determine if corrective action is necessary: template updates, diagram corrections, etc.; coordinate corrections with appropriate persons.

Qualifications:

  • High school diploma/GED preferred.
  • Moderate computer skills – proficient with MS Excel.
  • Strong customer service skills.
  • Flooring industry knowledge a plus.
  • Excellent communication skills (verbal and written).
  • Comfortable working with a diverse group of individuals.
  • Ability to establish relationships of mutual respect and trust and shall exhibit a high degree of confidentiality.
  • Ability to demonstrate analytical and strategic thinking skills.
  • Must thrive in an environment with scarce resources.
  • Demonstrate flexibility and excellent listening skills.

Core Competencies:

  • Minimum of 2 years as a warehouse associate or customer service associate in the flooring industry or similar.
  • Good math skills and reasoning skills.
  • Strong computer skills.

  • Ability to discuss strategic and sensitive issues.

Job Type: Full-time

Salary: Php30,000.00 - Php35,000.00 per month
