Billing Associate


 

Summary

  • Creating and issuing invoices to customers of 2GO Express.
  • Processing credit memos.
  • Preparing account statements for customers.
  • Following up on outstanding payments and answering customer queries.
  • Monitoring all payments and preparing monthly billing reports.
  • Managing account balances and resolving inconsistencies.
  • Assisting the accounting department with the preparation of financial reports.
  • Updating accounting records with issued invoices, processed payments, new balances, and customer contact information.

Job Qualifications

  • Graduate of any bachelor’s degree, preferably business related.
  • Have earned at least one (1) year of work experience in billing or in a similar role.

Skills and Competencies Requirements

  • Exposure in the logistics industry/ volume tasks in a similar environment, a plus.
  • Ability to work efficiently under pressure.
  • Highly proficient in MS Excel.
  • With strong attention to detail
