We are looking for a reliable and experienced Virtual Assistant with healthcare BPO experience to join our team. The ideal candidate must have a minimum of two years of experience in a healthcare BPO environment and be able to provide high-quality customer service and administrative assistance.
Responsibilities:
• Handle customer inquiries and complaints in a timely and professional manner.
• Follow up on customer inquiries with healthcare BPO providers to ensure resolution.
• Assist with order entry and data entry tasks.
• Maintain accurate records of customer interactions, transactions, and other related documents.
• Provide high-quality customer service and administrative assistance.
• Manage customer databases and ensure accuracy of information.
• Handle incoming calls and emails from healthcare BPO customers.
• Ensure timely and accurate processing of customer information.
• Troubleshoot customer issues related to healthcare BPO services.
• Work closely with healthcare BPO team to ensure customer satisfaction.
• Other duties as assigned.
Requirements:
• Must be Registered Nurse
• Must have ModMed EMR Experience
Job Type: Full-time
Pay: Php20,000.00 - Php25,000.00 per month
