Technology Support Specialist will be responsible to provide Tier 1-3 Tech Support via chat or email for multiple technology platforms. Candidate must have experience in troubleshooting technology issues, replicating issues, and resolving issues.

Compensation:

$6,000 - $9,000 yearly

Responsibilities:

  • High Output & Quick Turnaround
  • Customer Service Mindset
  • Ability to work in a fast-paced environment
  • Troubleshooting and resolving product-related issues
  • Ability to navigate products using internal training documents and articles
  • Preferred previous customer service experience through a ticketing system or Email interface
  • Preferred tech support and troubleshooting experience in a remote position
  • Time-management skills and the ability to establish reasonable and attainable deadlines for resolution
  • Being able to work independently
  • Ability to read through problems to resolve issues

Qualifications:

  • Previous experience in tech support
  • Ability to troubleshoot
  • High-speed internet
  • Good written and verbal communication
  • Attention to detail and good problem-solving skills
  • Microsoft Office & Excel experience
