Technology Support Specialist will be responsible to provide Tier 1-3 Tech Support via chat or email for multiple technology platforms. Candidate must have experience in troubleshooting technology issues, replicating issues, and resolving issues.
Compensation:$6,000 - $9,000 yearly

- Preferred previous customer service experience through a ticketing system or Email interface

- Time-management skills and the ability to establish reasonable and attainable deadlines for resolution
- Being able to work independently
- Ability to read through problems to resolve issues
- Previous experience in tech support
- Ability to troubleshoot
- High-speed internet
- Good written and verbal communication
- Attention to detail and good problem-solving skills
- Microsoft Office & Excel experience
