Logistics Manager


 

Manage JSU total Logistics operation by ensuring that the KPls (Key Performance Indicators) are met to achieve yearly sales target and sustain customers’ requirement.

Primary Duties and Responsibilities

  • Lead the team to ensure 100% full and on-time delivery of products to customers
  • Manage distribution cost
  • Ensure that the service providers achieve its KPls
  • Ensure timely completion of Logistics’ projects or initiatives.
  • Conduct distribution capacity review.
  • Conduct fleet requirement and truck rate matrix review.
  • Validation and approval of billings under SCM.
  • Lead and develop people

Cross-Functional Performance

  • Oversee facility management improvement and projects of all DC
  • Validation and recommendation of new developed product particularly for carton and pallet configuration
  • Participate in Distributor SCM assessment activities
  • Ensure compliance to mandatory government requirements for all sites
  • Ensure compliance of DC/Sites to QSHE requirements

Qualifications

  • Candidates must be a graduate of BS Industrial Engineering or any other related courses
  • Must have at least 3 solid years of experience in Warehouse Management, Facilities Management and Handling of 3PLs
  • With at least 2 years of experience in Logistics Management (Transport)
  • Should have knowledge in budget management and knows how to implement continuous process improvements.
  • With In-depth knowledge in WMS and ERP Systems
  • Willing to be assigned at our office located in Lapu Lapu City
  • Must be willing to travel from time to time around VisMin area to visit other warehouses.

Job Types: Full-time, Permanent

Salary: From Php60,000.00 per month

  • Bachelor's (Required)

  • Facilities Management: 3 years (Required)
  • Logistics Management: 3 years (Required)

Willingness to travel:

  • 50% (Required)
